Brady and Associates is a premier Information Technology consulting firm focused on software design and business application development. We specialize in the design and construction of applications that provide key business data to executives for better strategic decisions and automate vital business processes for more efficient operation.  We also work to help our clients achieve better integration and more agile and flexible systems architectures for a stronger competitive position within their industry.

We focus on the processes, infrastructure and architecture in the business and strive to provide guidance and implement changes that have a dramatic impact on business performance. We see technology as an enabler for business performance, not an end unto itself.

Consulting Approach

We fulfill two primary roles as Information Technology consultants: educator and implementor. As educators, we teach our clients how to solve problems related to business performance and technology. In this role, our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary with regard to the current client issue. As implementors, we direct, manage and perform specific tasks within an organization that will help to bring the organization closer to its goals.

Brady and Associates was incorporated in 1994 and has completed dozens of engagements at prestigious firms in the Philadelphia and New York metropolitan areas.
